Samsung Galaxy S has a great viewing screen at four
inches from corner to corner, with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and with a
Super AMOLED tech. it is a great
attribute tp communication and entertainment.
Samsung Galaxy S has a dimension of 122.4mm x 64.2 x 9.9 mm. This doesn't make it unmanageable. Also adding to this general impression is the
lightness of the device. The microUSB
socket for charging and data transfer is hidden behind a sliding cover, rather
than a cumbersome plastic flap or just being left exposed. All the other
buttons and the 3.5mm headphone jack are also conveniently positioned. The powerful 1GHz processor ensures a
superfast internet experience, where other feature such as Google Maps with
Voice Search will come in very handy.
Adding more fun to this brilliant Smartphone is the Android Marketplace,
which has over 100,000 apps. And with
Samsung's new Swype technology, typing in searches and messages is relatively
faster. It is mobile entertainment and

S Planner for Samsung Galaxy Note
The Samsung Galaxy Note S Planner
S Planner is the best application for busy
people. Users with many plans should use
the S Planner. It will allow them to
create timelines where they can indicate a plan for the weekdays and then
another plan for the weekends. Once they
do that, users can access the S Planner then pinch to zoom to see specific timelines
or zoom out to see the entire schedule.
This allows the user to add in an event for a specific time and date and set the application remind them. The difference with other reminder application is that Samsung Galaxy Note allows the users to write down their reminders with the S Pen which save the time that will be used for typing. The Galaxy Note will recognize the users’ text and create the reminder for them. The new version of S Planner is really redesigned from previous versions so it can take full advantage of the S Pen. It now offers seven different views compared to the four different views available on the older version. New additions include a three day agenda as well as a handy tasks feature which previously had to be installed as a stand alone application. Because the S Pen offers more precise navigation. Creating a new event is very simple to do and you are given an option to set an alarm as a reminder. One view that is particularly useful on the phone was the agenda because it displays a wide range of calendar entries from the past to current time. This offers the users with simple overview of their life and makes organizing schedule a quick and easy task.
Check out the preview of the S Planner below:

Chikka Text Messenger on Samsung Galaxy Note
We all know that
sending and receiving text messages can be problematic and costly when your
destination is the Philippines . Personally, I find it hard to communicate with
my family, friends and colleagues through the usual way of mobile phones
sometimes. It’s either I do not have
prepaid load or they find the rates of replying to me high. Good thing, Chikka Text Messenger solves this
dilemma by providing a communication hub via online servers. That is why I installed Chikka Text Messenger
on my Samsung Galaxy Phone. It allows me
send text messages to the Philippines
for free and it also allows my family and friend to reply to me instantly for
only PHP0.50/sms.
The application loads quite quickly
and the account setup is simple as well.
If you possess a Globe, Smart, or Sun mobile phone you may simply enter
your phone number and password.
Eventhough there is a nominal fee for the phone responding to the
messages, it is still very helpful because the fee is way much lower compared
to the fee when replying using telecom sims.
Chikka Text Messenger has a look and feel similar to the messenger
utility built into the OS with a few extra features and settings. It has a clean layout and simple contrasting colors,
making it easy to read. I am really
thankful to Chikka Text Messenger because I am able to have better
communication with my friends, family and colleagues eversince I installed in
on my Samsung Galaxy Note.

How ZigZag Board Helps Bloggers Like Me
As a blogger, I
am required to meet with some people. They can be clients or co-bloggers whom I
work with in a certain project. I really
can’t thank Samsung Galaxy Note enough for helping me carry out my responsibilities
with less hassle. There is this certain
feature of Samsung Galaxy Note that is really beneficial to us whenever me and
my co-bloggers or clients can’t meet personally. This application is ZigZag Board. ZigZag Board is a shared whiteboard
application for Samsung Galaxy Note. The
application is optimized for the Samsung Galaxy Note. So, it is also a good thing that the bloggers

diagrams, timelines, and process maps even if we are away from each other. I can definitely see how my team is working
in real time on the same screen. With
the application, we can work together visually and share ideas in corresponding
time with only the Samsung Galaxy Note on hand.
I can even modify or edit my co-blogger’s work right away. ZigZag Board optimized for Samsung Galaxy

Importance of Photo Editing and Photo Sharing Apps to OFWs and bloggers
As a blogger, it
is important to manipulate, use and post pictures. It attracts readers to the blog site and it
also generates comments and insights about the topic. But, speaking as an Overseas Filipino Worker,
it helps me share my own moments to my family and friends. It allows me to ensure them that I am all
fine. I use several applications
concerning the topic but I commonly used the following: Photo Editor, Photo
Wonder, Instant collages and Instagram.
Photo Editor permits me to adjust
color, add effects, rotate, crop, resize, frame, and draw on my photos. Moreover, Photo Editor offers a large variety
of effects for the photos including gamma correction, auto contrast, auto tone,
blur, sharpen, oil paint, sketch, polaroid, black & white high contrast,
sepia, and lots more. After editing, I
can eventually share the photos using e-mail, Picasa, Facebook, Twitter or any
sharing method. Photo Wonder functions
just like how Photo Editor does.
Instant collage is a simple
application wherein I combine and clip photos to create awesome photo collages
to share with family, friends or colleague.
This also helps me organize the photos I have and grouped it by date or
location. Meanwhile, I use Instagram as
a snap-and-share application.
It is really fun to manipulate
photos. But, unknown to other people, it can be used to generate positive
response in jobs like mine. But, this is
all in owe to Samsung Galaxy Note.
There’s no other device that can give such satisfaction.

Record Important Calls and Send Voice Messages through Samsung Galaxy Note
As an Overseas
Filipino Worker and as a blogger too, there are important calls I have to make
and receive and instructions and messages I have to send. There are conversations that are so important
and I should not forget. Also, there are
instructions and messages I have to say and yet I can’t because I am too busy
to do so. Good thing there are
applications for my Samsung Galaxy Note that I can use to make the former tasks
possible. I use two applications of the
said function. First is Call Recorder and
the second is Voice Recorder.
Call recorder obviously enables me
to record phone calls. This helps me review the conversations I have with
important people I deal with. As a
blogger, it enables me to review recent tasks and assignments that I should do,
particularly those from the client. And,
as an Overseas Filipino Worker, it enables me to hear sweet nothings from my
family and friends again.
Voice recorder allows me to send
instructions and messages to whomever I want.
I use this application to particularly send instructions to other
bloggers I work with in a certain project.
It lessens the time I consume because I no longer need to type the
instructions and I can record the messages or instructions while doing
something like my work at the same time.
Voice recorder is a really great recording application for Samsung
Galaxy Note because it permits sending a data as attached file via Gmail. It also has timer recording to keep track of
the used time. It’s easy to locate
recorder audio because you can just search by title and date. You can also set the recordings as ring
tones.
These applications are really a
great help to OFWs and bloggers too.

Review of the S Note as a Great Help to Bloggers
As I was
browsing my Samsung Galaxy Note, I have come through S Note. S Note is a recommended note-taking
application for Samsung Galaxy Note. It
makes it easier for me as a blogger to create interesting articles. It supports the free flow of my thoughts that
usually happens through writing. This is
possible because of the handwriting recognition attributes of S Note that turns
everything I scribble into regular text.
It works really well with me and it can adapt my own style of taking
down notes and writing.
As a blogger, I used to add photos
and videos to my articles to emphasize more of what I wanted to impart. When I am away from the laptop and I am just
using my Samsung Galaxy Note, it is still possible to do so. It is all in owe to S Note. It supports photo and video inserts. I used to complain how it use to meddle with
my work because Samsung Galaxy Note’s screen is very sensitive to touches. That’s until I discovered that it is possible
to change the setting wherein S Note can only be sensitive to S Pen and just
disregard contacts with my fingers. S
Note has truly made my blogging experience easier and worthwhile.

Social Network Applications for Samsung Galaxy Note
Being away from
my family and friends in the Philippines
and as blogger too, I have to make sure that I keep in touch with the important
people I have to deal with. And when we
say keeping in touch, social networking sites always ring a bell. Since my job requires me to be out sometimes,
I have to make sure that I can still communicate. It is really great that there’s a version for
Samsung Galaxy Note of the three social networking sites I commonly use:
Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. It
really functions well and is on-the-go.
Through Facebook, I can easily see
what my family and friends are up to; share updates, photos and videos; get
notified when friends like and comment on your posts; and text, chat and have
group conversations. This feature of
Facebook allows me to communicate with whom I want anytime. Meanwhile, through Twitter, I can see an
organized stream of tweets that delivers the best content to me. It also makes all the media, news, events,
and information I need available. And
personally, I can express myself through tweets and photos. It also gives me idea for the topics I’m
going to write through watching rising trends and following significant
people. Pinterest, on the other hand,
serves as a tool I use to find an inspiration and share it with others. I also use it to collect things I love,
organize and plan important projects, and more.
Social network applications for
Samsung Galaxy Note is, indeed, of great help to people like me. It helps me communicate with my family and
other bloggers like me. People think that
it’s just for fun. But, honestly, it gives different kind of help more than anyone
can imagine.

Samsung Omnia is
based on Windows Mobile Professional 6.1 designed with an interface that aims
to provide an iPhone-style touch screen experience. It is complete with slim, candybar form
factor, a large screen dominating the front panel and minimalist controls. Samsung Omnia has a dimension of 12.5 x 112 x
56.9mm. Just like any other modern
Windows smartphones, there's a pile of features available for Omnia. It has a five-megapixel camera on the back
with a LED flash and a VGA video call camera on the front. It also has HSDPA of up to 7.2Mb/sec, a
624MHz processor, Bluetooth , Wi -Fi,
a GPS receiver and an FM radio. And you
can use either 8GB or 16GB with microSD expansion.
The camera is the primary highlight
of Samsung Omnia. Its resolution is the
main headline: five megapixels is the highest resolution I've seen in a Windows
Mobile device and it also has image stabilization. This made it possible not to rely on the LED
flash in difficult lighting. The results
are amazing. You can use the Omnia for
proper snaps - not just contact profile pictures. Samsung Omnia is truly a remarkable Samsung
mobile phone release on 2011.

Samsung Galaxy Note Benefits to OFW
Samsung Galaxy Note is, indeed, a true catalyst for new developments in communications between
us, Overseas Filipino Workers, and the families and loved ones we have left
behind in the Philippines . Note made it even more possible for
communication become more regular for both parties. Being able to call our family or our loved
ones through Samsung Galaxy Note helped us to fulfill parenting or supervising
responsibilities towards our family. It
does not limit our way of communicating with our loved ones in the Philippines
on contacting them through the usual mobile function but through allowing us to

effectively. It allows us not just to

Samsung Galaxy Note Applications that are Useful for Bloggers
Samsung Galaxy
Note makes work easier for bloggers like me.
Thanks to the Note applications intended for such career. To name a few, there are Pages Manager,
Polaris Office, Dictionary, Dropbox, E-mail and Gmail. These are the applications available in my
Samsung Galaxy Note that I usually use.
Pages Manager helps me connect with my
audiences from multiple pages I handle, in relation to my blogs and
projects. It also helps me post new updates
and photos and respond to comments easily, view and reply to private messages
sent to my pages, get notifications about new activity on it and view latest insights
about my page. The insights and comments
I receive on the Facebook page I handle helps me generate new ideas for my next
article.
In creating and editing articles, I
use PolarisOffice. It functions hust
like how Microsoft Office documents functions in personal computers. Through it, I can view Microsoft Office
documents as the original one, edit, and save them. I can open and edit documents in Microsoft
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF remarkably with only several tabs. I also use Dictionary whenever I feel like
I’m at a lost for words.
When I am done with the articles or
in the process of doing so, I sometime send it to bloggers I work with in some
projects. I also need to communicate
with them. In doing it, I use Dropbox,
E-mail or Gmail. Dropbox helps a lot
because I can always have my documents with me.
With it, I can also share documents with my contacts, save email
attachments straight to it and easily edit docs in it. I also use E-mail and Gmail which is really intuitive,
efficient, and useful. Plus, I can also read
and respond to conversations online or offline and search and find any email. Samsung Galaxy Note really is a heaven’s gift
for bloggers like me.

Samsung Galaxy Note Benefits to a Blogger
I have observed
that there is a widespread use of sleek, good-looking handsets. I am so glad that Samsung also wants a slice
of the action and has made a big effort to produce one of its very own. They have proven that through Samsung Galaxy
Note. My blogging career has been easier
since I have purchased a Note. I can
accomplish my job effectively through it because it serves as a ‘laptop’ and as

with my fellow bloggers and other informants easier and faster. I can access my email accounts with no
trouble at all. Whenever I’m writing and

A Comparison: Samsung Galaxy Note and Samsung Galaxy Note II
The Samsung Galaxy Note and Note
II
What is it in the Samsung Galaxy Note II that is
not in the original Samsung Galaxy Note?
We will try to answer the question in the comparisons of different
aspects that will follow. Samsung Galaxy
Note II weighs almost the same as the original Galaxy Note. However, it is narrower and more lengthened,
allowing it to be a bit easier to hold and possible to operate with just one
hand. The 5.5” 16:9 HD Super AMOLED
screen on the Galaxy Note II beats the Galaxy Note’s 5.3” in almost every
aspect. The Galaxy Note II sports a 1.6
GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 processor, compared to the 1.4GHz dual-core Exynos in
the first Note. Considering the
processor and the RAM memory with Android Jelly Bean’s interface optimizations,
the Note II beats the original Note in UI fluidity and the performance of the
applications and programs. The S Pen
smart stylus is the same except that it can do few certain tricks like hovering. Both devices has an 8MP camera module with
LED flash. But, the performance of the
camera on the Galaxy Note II is immediate, whereas the original Note needs
waiting. The video 1080 capture goes
with 30 fps on both handsets, but seems more fluid on the Galaxy Note II, and
slightly more saturated too. The Galaxy
Note doesn’t possess an outstanding call quality while the Note II improves
considerably. Voices are very loud and
clear, and on the other end the dual microphone setup relayed the sounds
without audible distractions. The
increase in battery size means greater endurance and battery life to the
handset. As expected, Samsung Galaxy
Note II is definitely the improved version of the original Samsung Galaxy Note.

Review of the Samsung Galaxy Note (After days of use)
Considering Samsung Galaxy Note’s large screen,
higher resolution and more heavy duty battery, it characterizes the perfect
phone suited for numerous certain tasks.
That’s why people are not only fascinated by them but do end up actually
needing one. I have found the Samsung
Galaxy Note a surprise to the mobile phone industry in terms of flexibility and
control. I commend Samsung for the
widgets feature which provides a fully customizable interface. Several application programs are
pre-installed on the device. These
include the standard Android applications such as email, web browsing, and
media playback, as well as some programs aimed mainly at business users and to
facilitate the use of the stylus. Other
application software for the device is available at Samsung Apps and Google
Play, as well as from independent sources.
I have also tried using the Google Play Store or the Android
market. I tried downloading several
plug-ins for Samsung Galaxy Note and is really helpful to my work. Most of the apps I really want or need are
there, mostly for free. The Galaxy Note
is comfortable to use and almost no application seems to overexert it. Even High Definition videos don't push the
device to its limits.

A Review About Samsung Galaxy Note
The Samsung Galaxy Note N7000
When I was browsing through the Samsung gadgets,
the Galaxy Note captured my attention. I
found it even more interesting when I got the privilege to try using it. I thought it could substitute my phone and my
laptop. It has every feature I need in
my work and my daily life. I was amazed
that the unbelievably light and thin gadget I am holding is capable of exhibiting
the purpose of both phone and laptop. I
thought that given the size of the screen the phone will sacrifice the quality
of the resolution and colors. But, I was appallingly wrong. The resolution is of high definition and the
colors are exceptionally vibrant and great.
I tried playing a movie and it looks amazing as well as the pictures.
Also, at first, I thought the size will be a
problem but it turned out it’s not. I
find it easy to use and comfortable to hold.
This is definitely the fastest phone I've ever used. The credit all goes
to its 1.5Ghz dual core processor and 1GB of ram. I also thought that the screen and the
processor will consume most of the battery within just the day but I was
wrong. Thanks to the 2500mAh battery. Samsung Galaxy Note also comes with a stylus,
much known as the S Pen. The use of a
pen on the display screen smartphone will make it free from oil and prints that
is often left by the fingers. It also
caters large external memory which provides me with enough storage for the
applications I will need and want. This
device really makes it possible for me to do different functions anytime,
anywhere. I can put whatever content I
want on the device with no bother. For
me this is the perfect device, it does all that I want very well.
